How it works

Simple, fair, and paid on collection.

There is no auction, no trade in credit and no waiting for a cheque. Here is exactly what happens.

Tell us what you have

Brand, model and where it is. Two minutes on the form, or send it by email.

Send the status page

A photo of the status page shows the model and copy count. No page? A photo of the label will do.

We send a price in writing

No obligation. If we cannot make a deal work, we tell you.

We collect, you are paid

We book a time that suits you, do the loading, and you are paid when we collect.

What we need from you

  • The brand and model. It is on the front of the machine, or on the status page.
  • Where it is. Town or suburb, and how to get to it: stairs, lift or loading dock.
  • A photo of the status page. It shows the model, serial number and copy count.
  • Whether you own it. Machines on lease or rental cannot be sold until paid out.

What you get from us

  • A price in writing before anyone comes to your site.
  • A collection that suits you, with the loading done by us.
  • Payment when we collect. Not weeks later.
  • Stored data cleared from machines we collect.

Common questions

When do I get paid?

You are paid when we collect the machine, not weeks later. The price we send is based on what you tell us, and we check at collection that the machine matches.

Does it cost me anything?

No. Asking for a price is free, and we arrange and pay for collection of the machines we buy.

What is a status page, and how do I get one?

It is a printout or screen that shows the machine's model, serial number and total copy count. On most copiers you press Counter, Meter or Device Status on the touch screen and choose Print list. If you cannot find it, photograph the screen that shows the counter, or the label on the machine that shows the model and serial number, and send that instead.

What if the machine is old, faulty or not working?

Tell us anyway. Some machines still have value as working stock or for parts, and some do not. We will tell you honestly which it is.

Can I sell a machine that is on lease or rental?

Only if you own it. A machine that is still under a lease, rental or managed print contract belongs to the finance or service company until it is paid out or bought out. If you are not sure who owns it, check your agreement or ask your provider before you send it to us. We will ask you on the form.

Ready to sell? Get your price.

Tell us the model and where it is. We do the rest.
