Terms

These terms apply when you use this website and when you sell a machine to us.

Prices

A price we send you is based on the information and photos you gave us. It is not a contract until you accept it and we agree a collection. When we collect we check that the machine matches what you described. If it does not, such as a different model, missing parts or a condition that was not described, we may change the price or decline to buy it, and we will explain why before you decide.

Ownership

You confirm that you own the machine and have the right to sell it, and that it is not subject to a lease, rental, finance or security interest. Machines that are still under such an agreement cannot be sold to us until the agreement is paid out.

Payment

We pay you when we collect the machine, at the price agreed.

Data

You are responsible for telling us if the machine has held sensitive information. We clear stored data from machines we collect, but you should remove anything you are required to keep before collection.
