Sell your copier in Melbourne.
Melbourne businesses, schools, councils and dealers sell us used A3 commercial office copiers when they upgrade, relocate or finish a contract. Tell us what you have and where it is, and we come back with a price in writing.

How it works here
We are based in South East Queensland and buy along the east coast, so we price from the model and a photo of the status page first. Then, once you accept, we plan the collection with you.
Closing a Melbourne office or replacing a fleet? Tell us the date you need the machines gone. That is usually the thing that matters most, and we plan around it.

We book a time that suits you, do the loading, and you are paid when we collect.
Questions about selling in Melbourne
How does selling a copier to you work?
Tell us what you have: the brand and model, where it is and how to reach you. If you can, send a photo of the status page, which shows the model and how many copies the machine has made. We come back with a price in writing. If you accept, we book a collection and you are paid when we collect.
When do I get paid?
You are paid when we collect the machine, not weeks later. The price we send is based on what you tell us, and we check at collection that the machine matches.
What is a status page, and how do I get one?
It is a printout or screen that shows the machine's model, serial number and total copy count. On most copiers you press Counter, Meter or Device Status on the touch screen and choose Print list. If you cannot find it, photograph the screen that shows the counter, or the label on the machine that shows the model and serial number, and send that instead.
Can I sell a machine that is on lease or rental?
Only if you own it. A machine that is still under a lease, rental or managed print contract belongs to the finance or service company until it is paid out or bought out. If you are not sure who owns it, check your agreement or ask your provider before you send it to us. We will ask you on the form.
