About Ricoh models

Ricoh uses MP and IM in the model name, with a C for colour. The model is on the front of the machine and on the status page. Lanier machines are closely related, see our Lanier page.

What we look at

The exact Ricoh model, colour or mono, total copy count, condition, and the finisher and paper options it has.

Read what decides the value of a used copier.

Four steps

Tell us what you have

Brand, model and where it is. Two minutes on the form, or send it by email.

Send the status page

A photo of the status page shows the model and copy count. No page? A photo of the label will do.

We send a price in writing

No obligation. If we cannot make a deal work, we tell you.

We collect, you are paid

We book a time that suits you, do the loading, and you are paid when we collect.

Questions about selling a Ricoh

Do you buy Ricoh copiers that are not working?

Tell us anyway. Some machines still have value as working stock or for parts, and some do not. We will tell you honestly which it is.

Where do I find the model number on a Ricoh?

It is usually on the front of the machine, and it is on the status page, which also shows the serial number and the total copy count. If you cannot find it, send a photo of the label on the machine.

Can I sell a Ricoh that is on a lease or service contract?

Only if you own it. A machine that is still on lease, rental or a managed print contract belongs to the finance or service company until it is paid out or bought out. We ask on the form.
